Feeding and Education Centre (FEED)

Goals of the Program: The FEED Program addresses the educational and nutritional needs of children living in slums, villages, and weaker sections of society and aims to uplift underprivileged children with academic support and nutritious meals.

Educational Support
Many children in slum areas and villages struggle with their studies because their parents are not educated enough to assist them with homework or basic learning. While government initiatives offer free education, dropout rates remain high in these communities. Upon research, many children expressed that a lack of guidance at home discourages them from continuing their studies, leading to school dropouts. This program ensures:

  • Teaching children basic concepts and helping them with homework
  • Clarifying doubts and reinforcing school learning
  • Encouraging children to stay in school and complete their education

Nutritional Support
Malnutrition is a major concern in these areas, where children often consume limited diet and lack of nutrition. The Feeding Program ensures that:

  • Children receive nutritious meals that contribute to healthy growth with a well-balanced dinner
  • Proper nutrition helps improve children’s overall health and well-being

Holistic care
Value education, leadership development, counselling, encouraging in physical fitness, games and sports are a part of holistic care for each child.
